CNC and Lasers
CNC Milling
CNC Mills allow you to cut multiple pieces from a single profile bar. It uses independently driven clamps and at least two vices per workpiece. After cutting, segments are automatically moved to a specified position along the machine's axis.
Laser Cutting and Engraving
The OptiFlex Laser Cutting & Engraving System is a large-format CO2 laser cutter that features the innovative HyperDual motion package. This motion system, with its rack and pinion design and powerful servo motors on both the X and Y axes, significantly improves performance, offering up to three times faster cut acceleration and a 100% increase in top-end vector speed.
CNC Routing
The CNC router is a machine that uses a rotating tool to remove material from wood, foam, plastic, and soft metals. It typically has a gantry-style design, where the spindle moves left and right (x-axis) and back and forth (y-axis). Unlike CNC mills, CNC routers are not meant for high-speed cutting of hard metals. They are less rigid and better suited for softer materials. CNC routers also have limited movement along the z-axis, so they can't create deep holes or slots.
