The 2nd Shift Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for several duties at Butler, including planning, coordinating, and supervising the fulfillment team at the Butler Merchandising Solutions fulfillment center.
PFI InStore provides a wide range of custom in-store merchandising materials to national retailers, CPG brands, and point-of-purchase creative design agencies. From concept design to manufacturing, we focus on supporting retailers in showcasing and promoting products in all aspects of the store.
Responsibilities
- Manages daily activities with emphasis on quality & efficiency
- Ensures department is staffed accordingly based on production schedule
- Ensures & promotes a safe work environment
- Ensures conformance to established procedures & product quality levels
- Ensures products are prepared for logistics partners
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, & procedures in merchandise display fields
- Performs a wide variety of tasks and exercises a certain degree of creativity and latitude
- Familiar with printing, corrugated cardboard merchandising, & fulfillment operations
- Follows and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Oversees labor, assigns work, checks on quality, and manages labor
Required Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in one of the following fields:
- Production & manufacturing environment
- Digital press
- Machine operations
